Our warranty terms vary based on product brand and category. Below is a general overview of warranties for top-selling brands:

LG

  • General Coverage: LG provides warranties against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Durations vary by product type.

  • Extended Plans: 1-, 2-, or 3-year service plans are available.

Candy

  • Standard Warranty: 12 months for call-out, parts, and labour.

  • Extended Parts Warranty: 10 years for parts (requires registration). Free parts in years 2–10 apply only if installed in the UK or Republic of Ireland by Candy; labour charges apply.

Beko

  • Standard Warranty: Typically 1–2 years, depending on the appliance.

  • ProSmart Inverter Motor: 10-year warranty on select models (e.g., washer-dryers, dishwashers) if registered within 90 days of purchase. Covers the motor only (excludes labour and other components).

Russell Hobbs

  • Warranty Details: Varies by product. Registration is recommended to activate coverage.

Hoover

  • Small Appliances: 12-month guarantee (call-out, parts, and labour).

  • Major Appliances: 12-month standard warranty. If registered, a 10-year parts warranty applies (excludes small appliances). Free parts in years 2–10 require installation by Hoover in the UK/Republic of Ireland; labour charges apply.

  • Promotional Warranty: Additional 2-year labour warranty on select laundry products, extendable to 3 years with registration within 28 days of purchase.

Samsung

  • 3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials/workmanship under household use for 3 years from purchase. Applies to the original owner only (non-transferable).
