How can you choose the best appliance for your home? It depends on multiple variables, such as space and energy, whether you are single or family. Please contact our team before placing your order if you don’t know what you need.
3. Do you offer product warranties?
Yes. all our appliances have Manufacturer warranty, The warranty Details depend on the brand(LG, BOSCH beko, candy…)and type of product(iron, washing machine dishwasher…), if warranty didn’t motioned in product description please check warranty page or contact Us.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our standard shipping takes 2-4 Business Days. Please review our shipping policy to better understand our service.
5. Do you offer installation services?
Yes, We provide Installation Service for most appliances. But depending on the product and your location, I am offered this service for an additional fee. Our team will make sure your appliance is set correctly.
6. Can I track my order?

7. Can I return or exchange an appliance?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 Days of delivery. Just provide us with the original packaging in good condition, and of course, the item in good condition also. Please contact us at Contact@rufalo.com to request a return or exchange Product.

10. What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
If your device is faulty, there are two options: If you submit your claim within the warranty period, we will assist you in repairing or replacing your device entirely, and our company will bear any fees in this process. We will only refer you to an authorized service center if you submit your claim outside the warranty period.

12. Are spare parts available for the appliances you sell?
Yes, we offer spare parts for the appliances we sell. If you need a specific part, please contact us with the appliance type, model, and brand. Our support will assist you in finding what you want.
14. Do you offer customer support after purchase?

16. What should I do if I have an issue with my appliance once the warranty has expired?
In the event of any problem with your product after warranty, contact our customer care through Contact@rufalo.com. We will guide you to the nearest authorized service center for repair. We also give advice on how to maintain your appliance. For your product not to be recalled, visit “Care To My Product” so that you can keep your appliance in a sound condition.
17. Can I get a price match with your store?
Yes, you can. If you show us the price from an authorized dealer, we can match it. After we confirm the price match eligibility, simply contact us with details.
18. Are the appliances energy efficient?
Yes, most of our appliances are energy-efficient, which will help you save on electricity costs. Some appliance come with rating energy.
