To register your warranty, register your product within 90 days of purchase.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Accidents, neglect, or misuse that cause damage.
  • Consumables such as batteries (unless stated otherwise), bags, belts, and filters.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification.

Replacement Policy

Warranty defective products are to be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Replacement items may either be new or reconditioned but will be free from defects.

In case the product is not available, a similar model may be provided.

To initiate replacement, please refer to our Customer Service with your proof of purchase and description of defect.
